METAL Music Story

Speaking of metal, will not be separated from the rock, talk about music, there will never be separated from the roots of the music, the Blues.

Development of rock music as if there is no limit, until finally, the term "HEAVY METAL" introduced by Steppenwolf, one of the classic rock band flow. This band from Toronto who introduced the term "heavy metal" in one of their hits "Born To Be Wild", namely:

"I like smoke and lightning heavy metal thunder racin' with the wind and the feelin' that I'm under..."

But the term was not used until the late 1970s, when the band Black Sabbath released their debut album which is recognized as "grand father" heavy metal! prior to that era, when the Beatles and the Rolling Stone was still booming, the metal music pioneers mention their flow as rock, hard rock, and blues rock!
